Tickets Pre-Public Sales

I have just received the followig email from the Online Ticket Shop (basically they are a premium ticket sales organisation, to whom I paid a small fortune for a set of Stones tickets):-

"U2 AND EMINEM COMING SOON


COMING SOON TO THE ONLINE TICKET SHOP:

EMINEM

U2

THESE TICKETS ARE GOING TO BE SOLD ON A PRE PUBLIC BASIS SO DO NOT MISS YOUR
CHANCE TO BOOK BEFORE IT IS TO LATE.

THE ONLINE TICKET SHOP WILL INFORM YOU IN DUE COURSE IN RELATION TO EXACT
DATES AND VENUES."


I'm not exactly sure what 'Pre Public' sales mean and I'm not sure whether this adds anything we didn't already know but then sharing is always good.

Pre Public usually means that 'members' would get a chance to purchase tickets before the general public.
