I stayed at the Linq in November. My room was very basic-small and clean. Had no time to visit the casino. Only met one employee there who answered a question I had accurately.
The check in process was awful, huge line and the kiosks were not good and no one there to help you. I'm not a demanding hotel guest at all, just want the simple things to go as smoothly as possible. Don't believe they have online check in, maybe they do but I went from the airport to Sphere to get my wristband first.
Back in November all the Formula One construction was going on, so the walk while short was not easy. Should be much better now.
