so recently Im becoming more and more interested in synthesizers and sound designs, trying to buy some affordable yet flexible synths like Korg MS20 or something. even Mother 32? my friend is talking about buying one,
anyway, so I know U2 has been messing with synth for long time. and I know some about it, like DX7 in the 80s (naturally, considering Daniel Lanois and Brian Eno were very into DX7 and i think they used to treat audio signal with it), ARP2600 in the POP and I'm sure they used a lot more than that. which makes me wonder, outside of DX7 and ARP, what do they use? do they use soft synth as well, especially in late 2000s and 2010s? I just would like to know about their keyboard usage throughout time.
