this might be really stupid but how do you make stills??? i know how to freeze a dvd on the computer and look frame by frame but thats all. somebody help me and i can add more to this hot thread!

I think it depends on what program you have. My computer came with the cyberlink PowerDVD program, but the original program didn't have a stills option. I had to upgrade it to PowerDVD 5 to get the stills option. Now there's a little camera icon at the bottom of the screen when I play the dvd.

Same here. I had to upgrade the Intervideo WinDVD program to have the "capture" option.
