Edge was wearing boots but can not remember what bono had on, he did have the bubble suit on during HM, turned around and stuck out his behind saying kiss me right in front of us, never forget that one....:wink:

Kind of wish they would have seats now like then, would not have to worry about lining up etc, and we danced, etc just as much with the seats..

Were you at Zoo TV?

No ZooTV for me: Too much dating, too little money.

I was just lamenting not having seats on the floor. They could keep the GA in the pit for the fan club, but sell seats on the rest of the floor. I'd pay a lot more for that.

That is why we did not go to the JT concert really wanted too but had no money. They could have ga have seats too,(I am a club member) we really had a good time at the old dome..
Don't know if you were there for smash mouth but they said "F**k you, you are just here for U2!" Got a good booing for that one..
Kinda funny, my DD one was only 6 months old for zoo tv and the other was not born yet, but both are going on saturday.

Could anyone find a map of the stadium layout on that website? I'm trying to find out where this Lincoln County is. (last bullet point says: "The doors at Lincoln County will be the entry point for field level tickets.")
 
Thanks kramwest. Very helpful diagrams. No mention of "Lincoln county" but I'm willing to bet field entrance is, as usual, from the back of the stadium. So we have to walk the entire field (from soundboard up to stage)

I don't know why people don't put hot-links in these types of lists. When listing where a type of ticket is to enter the stadium/field, is it that hard to hyperlink it to the map?

Anyway, it's a small stadium and you can walk around the outside of it in 5 or 10 minutes. It won't be hard to know where to get in with whatever ticket you have.

(I still am curious where Lincoln County comes in. I don't think we even have a Lincoln Cty in MN.)
ETA--oh, we do, but it's no where near Minneapolis.

West side of the stadium. It's not a complete bowl, the west-side is open with only several rows of seats on it.

Sects. 125/225 are dead opposite the "front" of the CLAW across the GA field.

Each of the counties in Minnesota are represented on the exterior of the stadium. It is in alphabetical order. I am thinking Lincoln my be at the east end.

If you are soundboarding, you are still technically a GA freak. You did line up earlier than me 2 of the last 3 shows we did!:wink:

I could drive myself nuts checking the weather. I have to stop looking! :panic:
 
I do not have a paid membership here - otherwise I would post some of the pictures I took of the stadium on the originally scheduled date last year. We jokingly started a GA line.

And thank you to who ever posted the Star Tribune link. I LOVE the music critics there. As well as most of the columnists (I think Cori would really like James Lileks). I was a JO major, and I have a lot of classmates and profs/instructors that work at the stribe.
