Wife and I are probably in for the gathering, though we're still recovering from St. Louis and trying to figure out what to do about her ticket. She's definitely not up for cooking in the sun all day, so it comes down to whether a seat or a GA is a better value . . .

St. Louis's heat was tough. Then I get back this afternoon and it feels WORSE here! *sigh* I really hope it improves more than marginally on Saturday.

I'm actually starting to worry about my flight being delayed if there are storms in the area.

Ugh, that's right! I have a connecting flight from ORD. I hope it's early enough they don't delay/cancel that one!

The scariest flight I've ever been on was from Minneapolis to Milwaukee. Worst turbulence I've ever experienced.

Same for me this winter/spring Milwaukee to Minny. We circled for 2 hours waiting for the wind to die. My partner was diverted to Dulluth. I felt like I was at a rodeo.

U2 had a pretty bad flight into MSP during the Elevation tour. Scared the crap out of all of them.

MSP to Peoria in a Saab 340 (prop) through some nasty thunderstorms. I rememeber holding on to the ceiling. We ended up in Champaign (which was my final destination....too bad my car was in Peoria).

Well i'm thinking more and more as much as i'd love to line up and camp on Friday, i may be dead by the time the show starts. I'm so not a heat girl i keep my house at 68, i'm sooo conflicted on what to do...So i wonder what will happen if i line up in the am...???? How many people will brave the heat....And i'm even mexican and this is too hot...

Supposed to be variable cloudiness now with a 30% chance of rain. 24 but feeling like 33 with the humidity.

I have acquiesced in this heat to let the thermostat go up to 74 during the day.
I would prefer 68.

I'm happy with 62-64 in the house in the winter.

Scattered storms 92 for Saturday. When it's that hot it is going to rain a little sometime up here. Looks like my Leica will be staying home

I'm glad I had a ziploc baggie in my pocket for Montreal 1. Even with my rainjacket, plenty of stuff got soaked, but the camera survived.

Well, it's only slightly more tolerable this morning than it was yesterday. No sun is a lifesaver. Cold front supposedly coming through overnight Wednesday night to take The Edge off the humidity.

I'll take a walk by the stadium later today and see what's going on.

Any ideas for the title of thread #3 for the New Brickhouse show?

Can not wait for this show! Minneapolis is my home/birth city and I just can not wait! I just got back from Chicago, Montreal, and Toronto! So here's my story, I get in at 4:54 am to MSP, (being extremely optimistic about the weather) Would it be crazy of me to go straight to the stadium LOL I wonder if I will be able to make it all day. What time are people going to be getting in line do you guys and girls think?
I can not wait! I am so excited to meet MN fans, this is my first U2 show there ever!
