Great show overall, I think this is really such a great setlist that will be fondly remembered. First act is just nonstop bangers, fun and loose acoustic set, deep cuts with Love Is Blind as a highlight, then the extended encore really just rips all the way to the end. So thankful for this...

Really glad they brought the extended Vertigo outro back, it adds an extra punch when they really nail it. And that was a great version of Streets.

I'm quite glad I caught a show before they started doing Don't Dream Its Over to be honest... that's a long time to dedicate to a non-U2 song at a U2 show, and it's not exactly a mind blowing cover or anything. Much preferred the subdued Love Rescue Me. Anyways they're redeemed for launching...

Sound is really good even with the usual SiriusXM mushy quality. The drums in particular sound super punchy. AIWY now, didn't know there was a Yellow snippet on this night, not as good as Into The Mystic or Walk on the Wild Side but I thought it was solid.

That Hoserama video/audio is incredible... might as well be the definitive Sphere show until there's an official release. Will be interested to check out the SiriusXM broadcast.

I had forgotten what the LIB live solo was like and as an Edge wannabe guitar player lost my mind when he ripped into that final part of the song. Full body chills... up there for best moments along w/Zoo Station intro + WOWY going through the orb. I'm having a bit of post-Sphere sadness...

So cool to see Seconds!! Seems like they accidentally ended it early lol but it sounded great, only wished Bono harmonized with Edge in the chorus. Alas, hope they play it again! Nearly a 40 year gap in that being played… insane.

If I was tinkering with the set I’d definitely put one of the AB bangers in the 2nd AB set to spice it up a bit more, cause it’s definitely top heavy at the moment. But damn some of those deeper cut tunes were the best of the show for me, Love Is Blindness in particular was such a treat to hear...

In the house tonight, cannot WAIT! Unspoiled and super stoked. Also — really love that the music that plays in the background when you’re anywhere outside of the main room are these super vibey low-fi remixs of U2 songs smashed together… really nice touch.

Hm, I’m looking at the monthly listeners… Stones have 28M, RHCP 30M, Coldplay an insane 66M…!

I mean 5% increase in 5 days isn’t exactly nothing! It’s not a number that I’ve found anecdotally tends to shift around all that much, particularly for a legacy band like U2. Anyways, a positive bump regardless.

Random stat of the day is that I happened to remember U2 had about 20 million Spotify monthly listeners a week ago and now they’re at 21 million.

Wow some of the shots in that video were incredible. The lense flair and bokeh were on point. Honestly some of the best looking shots they’ve done… not bad for a hastily thrown together shot!

Haven’t heard the final version but good to see them giving the writing credit.

It really seemed like such a good idea, shame the execution was botched. Unless you had a very narrow scope on your request there’s really no way an Ultra member should have not received tickets here… especially when there are folks in the Violet group who did. So what happened? I was fortunate...
