I actually tweeted this guy for his stupid "go away Bono" line. By all means, criticise the music if you don't like it. But that last line was unnecessary.
Anyone calling this a cash in needs their heads checked. These versions of their songs are hardly going to become radio staples. This is more for die hard fans, which shows it's anything but a cash in.
As others have said, at this stage in their careers, they have every right to do these types...
The live performance of One on the Letterman doc is phenomenal. Love the addition of the cello and Bono sings it beautifully. Wish this was the version on SOS.
