US PolitIX - Michael Cohen Ruined Infrastructure Week

Everyone in my family supports him, and I feel the same way. A few weeks ago my dad shockingly called Trump abrasive which made my jaw drop, because I never thought he’d come around at all. But despite that one incident, my dad and the rest of my family won’t ever turn away from Trump. Too...

If so, I am unaware. From what I understood, he and Trump chatted on the phone everyday, if that is true. EDIT TO ADD: oops! Sorry, that was Hannity. Nevermind.... After doing some Googling, yes, you're right LuckyNumber7, he has criticized Trump in the past often.

Absolutely. And what is really worrisome is that his followers are OK with this. They want to dictatorship because anything is better than liberalism to them.

Exactly, considering the funding for that could easily used for better things - like, better salaries, supplies that are not paid for by the teachers, better textbooks. But no, push the gun agenda because they put money in Republicans' pockets.

Yeah, I'm in agreement with this. I'm not optimistic about a Blue Wave either. Trump won because we had a black man as President for 8 years. That pissed off a lot of white people in this country, and they'll be pissed until they are six-feet under. Sure, job opportunities and elitism was...

I can see it now... Trumpsters saying "So what? All politicians violate campaign laws." But at the same time, if this is the end for Trump (I hope), I find it hilarious that it took a porn star to ruin him. Ha!

Tipping Point - Sexual Harassment In America

Well said, MrsSpringsteen. Rose McGowan has actually been asking people to be "gentle" toward Asia. That's really going to hurt #MeToo and all future attempts to do something about male-on-female sexual abuse.

Oprah may be more humble and came from absolutely nothing. But she still has an ego, and I believe to be that successful and not have a big ego would be near impossible. I agree. That can be used to against her. Absolutely.

Tipping Point - Sexual Harassment In America

Yeah, that is really disappointing if true. Even though it pretty much discredits her, it does not discredit the whole #MeToo movement at all. And by that, I mean, even though she has a right to call out Weinstein, it doesn't mean she's excused or exempt from any horrible behavior.

Thanks, Moonlit_Angel. I do agree we need to do a lot more than simply vote in November to change this country. But is there really any hope of changing these people? They are so knee-deep in their beliefs that it would take a lot to change them. I'm not defeatist about this; I do have some...

Usually business news outlets tend to be fiscally conservative, and Republican leaning. WSJ for example. And I believe a CNBC commentator was the one who started the Tea Party because he didn't like Obama's"overspending".

Kind of reminds me how in the 90s, Democrats didn't care about all the Clinton scandals because the economy was doing great back then. For the midterms, expect to see nothing really change because the economy is doing well. Even CNN admitted today, it is partly because of Trump.
