I truly think he had a sudden cardiac “arrest” incident and the “shock” to the system is referring to defibrillation. It’s often an “electrical” problem with the heart vs. a heart attack that is usually a “plumbing” issue or blockage....I’m just grateful he’s ok!!! Pure speculation, just picked...

It’s the first U2 song since Kite to bring me to tears on the first listen. I get that it’s over the top but in the context of what comes before it and especially afterwards, it’s amazing in my opinion.
